Description

Akash works in Keane India LTD. His first exposure to NetBeans was a real drink from the firehouse - he helped design the very first interface for India's entire police network. He enjoys traveling India and really digs the street food! He's a regular on theserverside.com.

I agree, Netbeans is a great IDE to learn the upcoming technologies in java. You don't need to bother about configuration and settings, its just implicitly there.

Akash was great to talk with because he was the first to really explain in pain language what the platform was capable of producing. I could hardly keep my mouth shut when he told me about the police project - it boggles the mind!
